Okay, so this post is probably irrelevant at this point since the movie came out 2 years ago, and the book came out 22 years before that. I saw the move a couple weeks ago, and it was pretty good, lots of badass car chases and wrist breaking, so I figured teh book had to be better. I alsos figured that the movie took a few liberties, but I would know the overall plot of the book. But the two had nothign to do with each other. At all. Besides the name of the main character, and the fact it takes place in Paris, they’re comletely different. So now that the sequel is out, it must be ten times as different from the book it’s supposedly based on. He probably flie sto outer spce in the movie, before traveling to the center of the earth to uncover a CIA plot, whereas in the book he goes undercover in a circus as an acrobat.
