Ted Leo’s new album, Shake the Sheets, came out yesterday and to commemorate the occasion he played at the Virgin Megastore in Union Square. Guess who wasn’t there. In my latest setback to see him, I got the dates confused. After last week’s debacle, I saw something about this show somewhere, and I thought it was on Monday. So yesterday, when I remembered about it, I thought I had already missed it. But when I went to buy the album at the Megastore, I saw the posters again, and realized my error. My ass is sore from kicking myself. Woe is definitely me.
