KEXP is an awesome radio station. Based in the birthplace of all the good music to happen in the last 15 years, the Pacific Northwest, it streams it’s show 24/7 online, so you can listen in any timezone. And they just added podcasts to their repertoire.
As an added bonus, since I’m writing this as I’m listening to it, it appears track 4 is by Langhorne Slim, who some of you might remember from Sidewalk Cafe’s Anti-folk Hootenanny. I was actually wondering a little while ago what happened to this guy, and now I know. He’s touring England. He’s great live, too bad I’m stuck stateside.

wow, that’s the first i hear of good music to happen in the past, let alone fifteen years ago. i’ll be in ny friday thru monday because it’s-a-nice-uh.
KEXP will forever remind me of that fateful day, involving an open bar and one too many vodka cranberries.
