Well I thought I was joking, but it seems the cool thing to do is stop blogging. Just a few months after blog was voted word of the year by Daniel Webster himself, it’s been replaced by quit.
Blog staple Tale of Two Cities is jumping ship after just shy two years. This comes on the heels of Hermitude in NYC’s retirement, just a few days ago. Personally, I was lulled into a false sense of security by the resurrection of Misadventures of Jer, raising hopes that long dead blogs might start up again. Alas, this just isn’t the case.
But if leaving your blog behind for greener pastures, or a greener paycheck, is becoming the norm, I’d like to point out that we killed Pop Culture Magazine well over a year ago, and a couple other projects before they even got off the ground. So think about that the next time you delete your blogger account.

Sell out punks! KEEP THE BLOG ALIVE!
For what it’s worth, The IJC seems to be back, though I don’t think he’s bringing his A game yet.
As usual, we are the trendsetters.
