The Joby Gorillapod is an articulated tripod that can wrap around things. I’m always taking long exposure shots that require a resting place. This would let me steady it even without a level surface nearby.
This is just what I need. And the holidays are coming up…

This teeth-chattering hallucinosphere will light up any baby’s life. half way between hitler and a Werewolf, it’s hard to tell if it’s coming or going!
Our new “monitor” function lets the wolf’s eyes follow you or your baby around the room and emits a “safety growl” any time someone moves towards it.
Fucking brilliant!

The AIGA has a great project for revealing how the voting process takes place across the country: accumulating photos of the various polling locations around the country.
Upload photographs of your polling venue.
